Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actress, author and bestseller novelist. Her skills have earned her recognition across the world. Sagittarius. Born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She is the oldest out of three children that were the children of Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith, who is a psychologist.
